Employed in SWK Utensilerie in the role of senior product engineer at USAG, product company specialized in the production of metal tools, I deal with dynamometry, assisting the Technical Department in the development of new products with input from the marketing department.
I coordinated the transfer of the production unit of torque wrenches to Italy from a foreign office, overseeing the installation and startup of the calibration and testing equipment, I have been personally involved in analysis and resolution of technical issues relating to networking and software used to perform ISO 6789 test on the produced torque wrenches, coordinating the work of third parties, and the modification of mechanical elements of the control systems within the company, at the tooling department.
I also supervised the building and the tested the prototypes wrenches used to classify the product manufacturing process, and performed all the qualification tests of the reference transducers used in Torque production line.

Employed in Operations department as transmission engineer, I carried on , in this role, all the activities relative to quality certification of the optical fiber networks owned by the company in Milano.
Moved then in Customer Support department, I performed installation and commissioning, of network access equipments (e.g. DCE modems, routers, PDMXs), of transport equipments (ADMs, WDMs) and troubleshooting on MCIWorldcom access network.
